The Opportunity

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Sales Lead to step into a pivotal role within a fast-moving startup environment.

You’ll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle, working closely with the founders to drive revenue growth, shape go-to-market strategy, and build out a high-performing sales function.

As the business scales, so will your remit—with a clear pathway to build and lead your own team.

Package

• £50,000 – £60,000 basic (depending on experience)
• Commission-heavy structure with high earning potential
• Strong opportunity for progression as the company grows

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning and driving the full commercial pipeline from lead generation through to close
• Developing and executing outbound and multi-channel sales strategies
• Building deep knowledge of your target market and key accounts
• Partnering with leadership to refine GTM strategy and accelerate growth
• Playing a key role in scaling the sales function and team over time

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a lead sales role, with full-cycle responsibility
• Background in a startup or high-growth environment
• Strong track record of closing deals and delivering against targets
• Confidence and capability to build, mentor, and lead a team
• Commercially astute, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
